The Ultimate Flight Adventure
Zero-G has always been associated with astronauts and spaceflight, things well beyond the reach of mere mortals. But now, thanks to a small group of Zero-g addicts and their specially modified Boeing 737 and Ilushin-76 jets anyone can sign up and experience the fun and thrill of Zero-g. In fact, participants will experience negative-g force, Lunar gravity, Martian gravity, and Zero-g, all in one flight!
Through Voyager Worldwide incentive trips, we can make this ultimate flight adventure a reality for you. Your team of high-flying achievers will delight in the thrilling world of weightlessness and tour once super-secret Star City near Moscow, home of the old Soviet Unions space program.
This ultimate flight experience is based on simple physics. The plane will take you on a series of parabolic arcs, similar to a roller coaster ride. You will experience earthbound accelerated freefall from some 34,000 feet. Reaching the bottom of the arc, the pilot begins his pull-up where you will feel 1.8 times heavier than on the ground. Over the top of the arc, you will experience weightlessness for about 25 seconds.
The warm-up will include Martian gravity (one third of the earths gravity) and Lunar gravity (one sixth of earths gravity). During the flight you will be able to perform acrobatic tricks you only have imagined in your wildest dreams.
Each flight lasts for approximately 90 to 180 minutes, and perform between 15 and 30 parabolic arcs.
You may do your ultimate flight experience on board a modified Boeing 727-200 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. You can also choose the huge Illushin-76 aircraft at the exotic Star City location, east of Moscow, near the world famous Gagarin Cosmonauts Training Center (GCTC), or north of the Arctic Circle, in remote Kiruna, Sweden.
Star City, founded 1960 in support of the Russian space program, is an experience all by itself. At the height of the cold war, it was unthinkable for any westerner to gain access.
If you decide to go to Kiruna, Sweden (a large mining and space research center) you have a choice of doing your trip in the summer and take in the beautiful Swedish midnight sun, or in the winter and experience 24 hours of complete darkness and stay at the famous sub-zero Ice Hotel (in the hotel, everything is frozen except for the Swedish vodka!).
In the USA, your team has the option of flying the Boeing 727-200 aircraft, and perform the event at a location of your choice.
Other activities and excursions may be included to make this aerial incentive trip literally out of this world. Voyager Worldwide will customize this ultimate trip, according to your specific needs, desires and requirements.
