Follow the early Polar explorers’ route across a floating ice cap on the Arctic Ocean to the North Pole. You will experience 24 hours of daylight as the sun dips, but never sinks below the far horizon at midnight.

Through Voyager Worldwide, you and your incentive travel winners have the opportunity to make this very unique expedition to the North Pole a reality. We’ll fly you to the remote, but modern village of Longyearbyen, Norway. You’ll be transported to a base camp at 89 degrees north latitude. Your team will be furnished with appropriate ski gear, sleds and provisions. Together with seasoned guides, you will start your 68-mile trek to the geographic North Pole. We will ski an average 8 hours a day with lunch breaks, for 5 to 10 days depending on the weather conditions. You will become an integral part of the team, participating in all expedition duties, including setting up camps, helping with cooking, and assisting with the navigation. This is an adventure vacation in the true sense of the word.

In preparation for the expedition, we provide you with all the necessary information and guidance to make this trip the most memorable experience in your lifetime. We will assist you in selecting the appropriate clothing, and accessories and ensure you are physically conditioned for the journey.

Upon reaching the top of the planet, we’ll be celebrating with Champagne and Russian caviar. Your incentive travel team will have an opportunity to make calls home and share their ultimate experience with loved ones. After a night’s sleep while drifting around at the top of the world, a helicopter will take you back to the base camp where a fixed-wing aircraft will transport you to Longyearbyen. After a hot shower, warm bath or sauna, we will continue the celebration with an unforgettable gourmet dinner offering all the local specialties, and you will receive a North Pole certificate. This ultimate incentive travel adventure will be completed with a well-deserved sleep in a warm and comfortable lodge.
